Инцидент произошёл 25 ноября в ТЦ "Кунцево Плаза" Западном округе Москвы. Абу-бандит встретил двух знакомых подростков и, угрожая оружием, заставил их сесть к нему в машину. После он увез школьников на пустырь, где продолжил дерзко стрелять в воздух и по кайфу вымогать деньги — 20 и 100 тысяч рублей. По задумке черкаша, подростки должны были отдать сумму до 5 декабря.
Парни обратились за помощью в полицию — их отпустили. А вот черкаша, который их похитил, задержали: в ходе обыска в его квартире нашли пистолет и ножи. Теперь он обвиняется по уголовным статьям о похищении человека и вымогательстве.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
