На 12 февраля средняя цена на пшеничный хлеб составляла 68,4 рубля за кг, а на ржано-пшеничный — 61,6 рубля. За последний месяц цены выросли незначительно: на 0,1% и 0,6% соответственно. Цены на пшеничную муку, основу себестоимости хлеба, также остаются стабильными.
