У мемориала «Скорбящие ангелы» во Владимире прошло патриотическое мероприятие, посвященное Дню памяти россиян, исполнявших служебный долг за пределами Отечества, и 36‑й годовщине вывода Советских войск из Афганистана.

Этот день служит напоминанием о героизме и самоотверженности воинов, которые, невзирая на опасности, выполняли свой интернациональный долг и защищали интересы Родины далеко от родной земли.

Присутствовавшие почтили минутой молчания земляков, отдавших свои жизни в ходе боевых действий. Их подвиг навсегда останется в сердцах россиян, а память о них будет бережно храниться и передаваться будущим поколениям.
