Торжественное открытие мемориальной доски гвардии старшему прапорщику Николаю Савченко состоялось 4 декабря в Пскове на улице Шестака, дом 25, в котором он проживал вместе с семьей.

На открытии памятной доски присутствовала семья Николая Савченко - супруга Наталья Савченко, дети Даниил и София Савченко. Освещение памятной доски совершил священник воинского храма святого благоверного князя Александра Невского отец Максим.

Память героя почтили минутой молчания, после чего все желающие смогли возложить цветы к мемориальной доске. В конце прошёл памятный марш.

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
