Будет ли это мир, в котором Соединенные Штаты и их вассалы продвигают глобальный ИИ, или мир, в котором страны или движения, не разделяющие демократические ценности, используют ИИ для укрепления и расширения своей власти?
С точки зрения представителей разведки США, третьего варианта не существует.
