هشتصدوششمین شب از سلسله شب‌های بخارا با همکاری کانون مهندسین فارغ‌التحصیل دانشکده فنی دانشگاه تهران به دانشکده فنی اختصاص یافته است. در این نشست «ویژه‌نامه دانشکده فنی مجله بخارا» رونمایی خواهد شد.
همچنین بیژن نامدار زنگنه، مقصود فراستخواه، محمود نیلی احمد‌آبادی، محمد شکرچی‌زاده، علیرضا مهنا، محمدرضا تقی‌دخت و علی دهباشی در این‌خصوص سخن خواهند گفت.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
