المصاب بالجمود المعرفي ، صاحب القناة الواحدة التي يستقي منها .. لن يكون التطور عنده بطيئا فقط، بل تستغلق عليه أحيانا البدهيات، ويعمى عن الواضحات، وتتخطاه أجيال شابة جديدة، متطلعة للمعرفة تقرأ في حقول متنوعة، وتحاول فك مغاليق ما يصعب عليها وتنجح كثيرا . ويبقى هذا الرجل حبيس تلك القناة، وذلك الشيخ !

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
