По словам воина, ещё с 2017 года он планировал жить в России, приехав сюда по программе переселения соотечественников. Тогда у него было открыто РВП, но приходилось возвращаться в Казахстан для ухода за больной матерью.
Он поясняет, что когда подписывал контракт год назад, его уверяли, что гражданство России получить довольно просто. Дескать, «кому-то за ранение и госнаграды, а кому-то по окончанию срока». Но это были лишь слова.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
