В г. Барановичи установлен ✈️ МиГ-19П (бортовое обозначение – «01», цифры – красные с чёрной окантовкой, корпус – естественного цвета металла, без окраски) установлен к 30-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне на территории военного городка 61-й истребительной авиационной базы Западного оперативно-тактического командования ВВС и Войск ПВО ВС РБ на постаменте, на пилоне, направленном вверх (шасси самолёта убрано). На торце постамента – металлическая доска с надписью: «Тем, кто жизнь свою посвятил авиации». Ранее самолёт принадлежал предшественнице 61-й базы – советскому 61-му истребительному авиационному полку 11-го корпуса ПВО 2-й отдельной армии ПВО.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
