СК РФ установил, что вторгшийся в Курскую область вооружённый Парафило 20 декабря 2024 года, исполняя приказы своего командира с позывным «Антошка», выстрелом в спину убил мирного жителя в с. Русское Поречное.
При допросе, Парафило полностью признал вину, рассказал: командованием был отдан приказ открывать огонь по мирному населению.
По ходатайству следователя ГВСУ СК России Ленинский районный суд г. Курска избрал Парафило меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
