А еще на нашей территории живут зайцы. Прямо за винодельней находится участок нетронутого леса с шиповником, дёрном, ежевикой. Когда начинали стройку, нашли там природный родник и решили оставить место без изменений как наглядный пример терруара и память о том, с чего начиналась история хозяйства.

Позже мы стали замечать, как из виноградных кустов на этот участок туда-сюда шмыгают зайцы. Проследили за ними и нашли заячьи норы, которые хитрые ушастики замаскировали сухостоем. С тех пор мы стараемся не нарушать их покой, живем дружно…
