Без света в настоящее время сидят: жители улиц Краснодарская, Розы Люксембург, Жуковского, Смоленской, Цимлянской, Транспортной, Добролюбова, Воровского, Короленко, Невского, Новоселов, Челюскина, Магистральной, переулка Рябиновый, улиц Володарского, Колодезной, Красноармейской, Первомайской, Железнодорожной, Харьковских Красногвардейцев, Фрунзе, Алмазной, Центральной, Первомайской.
На месте уже работают специалисты. Восстановить подачу электроснабжения должны к 12:00.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
