1. О закупке 171 единице автобусов длиною 8.6 метров. Это те самые 2-х дверные сине-белые Zong Tong LCK6860, которых Ереван закупил за после 3 года уже более 400 единиц. Снова и снова маленькие 2-х дверные автобусы вместо больших 3-5 дверных. Чего они так к этой модели вцепились?🤷♂️
2. Об отказе от закупки электробусов. Аргументы - 250 км максимальный запас хода техники и у Еревана нет соответствующей инфраструктуры. И как они догадались?🤔

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
