Вот просто интересно, как выглядит (или должна выглядеть) "мягкая сила" в эпоху, когда "винтовка - это праздник", как пел известный контркультурный герой. С чем в руках и чем в голове ее утверждать? Балетом и "пушкинскими вечерами"? Проходили в Россотрудничестве. Но тогда диалог с Западом еще был, а теперь с этим проблемы. Не может быть "мягкой силы", направленной в никуда. Но как вообще разговаривать, если ни говорить, ни слушать тебя не хотят?
