Как депутат и «актывист» пан Утевский отметился участием в такой полезной для «родного университета» акции, как митинг против сноса палатки «Всэ для перемоги», которую и в самом-то Харькове иначе, как гадюшником (иногда с большой буквы), не называют. Ведь именно эта палатка является гарантом рабочих мест для ХТЗ и «Турбоатома», источником самых лучших научных публикаций для сотрудников легендарных ФТИНТа и ИОНХа, Парнасом для литераторов с мировым именем... увы, нет! Это мерзкое убожество на бывшей площади Дзержинского можно, вспоминая Василия Верещагина, назвать апофеозом гражданской войны.
