За курение электронных сигарет предусмотрен штраф в размере 10 тысяч сомов ($115) для физических лиц и 60 тысяч сомов ($690) для юридических лиц.
Продавцы вейпов могут получить штраф в размере 20 тысяч сомов ($230), а юридические лица — 65 тысяч сомов ($750).
За ввоз электронных сигарет в страну предусмотрены исправительные работы или штраф до $1380. В случае задержания крупной партии может быть назначено ограничение свободы на срок от одного до двух лет.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
