Ему также принадлежит проект легендарного нью-йоркского здания Дакота билдинг - места жительства многих знаменитостей.

В 1929 году отель был снесен, чтобы освободить пространство для строительства 102-этажного небоскреба Empire State Building.

Неужели нельзя было найти другого места под строительство небоскреба? 🤔
