Никакого алкоголя, чай из трав, грибочки, ягодки…Возможно йога поутру, а возможно и ножевой бой от вагнеровского инструктора, по обстановке))) рядом православный храм-батюшка офицер со второй чеченской-наш человек… проверим все на ПТСР семье, а дальше посмотрим.
