Он добавил, что второй пункт — изменение Конституции Армении, сообщают азербайджанские СМИ.
Аскеров повторил также требование, связанное с ликвидацией МГ ОБСЕ.
Напомним, что Никол Пашинян недавно заявил о необходимости изменения Конституции Армении.
