Удивительное "Настоящее"

Странную обстановку сегодня застали дольщики в своем ЖК "Настоящее" 👆🏻, пишут нам они.

В сданном в эксплуатацию проекте "Центр-Инвеста" царит хаос, но если техническое оборудование почти наверняка скоро уберут, то вот вопросы к детской площадке возникают огромные: почему покрытие только черновое ("чистового", то есть, цветного, не будет, сообщили представители девелопера дольщикам)? Почему так неаккуратно положено черновое в местах крепления МАФ? Да и в целом - разве так должен выглядеть объект для передачи?

РВЭ получен проектом в конце декабря 2022.
