С 1 ноября лимит переводов для физ. лиц в евро будет ограничен суммой 30.000 EUR в месяц, кроме переводов в банки из следующего списка стран:

Германия, Турция, Люксембург, Испания, Бельгия, Швейцария, Нидерланды, Италия, Австрия, Сербия, Великобритания, Польша, Франция, Ирландия, Кипр, Чехия, Португалия, Латвия, Венгрия, Болгария, Монако, Словакия, Финляндия, Греция, Дания, Хорватия, Эстония, Исландия, Черногория, Словения, Мальта, Лихтенштейн, Литва, Румыния, Андорра, Норвегия, Северная Македония, Босния и Герцеговина, Албания, Сан-Марино, Швеция.

Причина: требование банков-корреспондентов. Лимит переводов 30.000 EUR в другие страны общий, а не для каждой отдельной страны.

Напомню условия переводов - остались без изменений:
• 20.000 EUR минимальная сумма перевода;
• фикс €300 комиссия за исходящий перевод;
• фикс ₽500 комиссия за зачисление EUR из других банков

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
