Госсекретарь США Энтони Блинкен на совместной пресс-конференции с главой МИД Украины Дмитрием Кулебой заявил, что те, кто способствовал агрессивной войне против Украины, должны за это заплатить.
"Мы впервые передаем Украине активы, конфискованные у российских олигархов, попавших под санкции, которые теперь будут использоваться для поддержки украинских военных ветеранов", — подчеркнул Блинкен.
Речь идет о $5,4 млн. Средства направят в рамках пакета помощи.

Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses.
