По версии следствия, в июне 2023 года 33-летний местный житель из самодельного гладкоствольного ружья выстрелил в стену дома односельчанина, с которым за день до этого поссорился, испугав не только хозяина домовладения, но и его гостей и супругу.
Уголовное дело, расследованное полицией, направлено в Чаплыгинский районный суд для рассмотрения по существу.
Санкция указанной статьи предусматривает максимальное наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до 7 лет.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
