Dann mit Hilfe eines Eisportioniers, auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech, setzen Mit den Fingern etwas zusammenschlieben und flachdrücken. Dann für mindestens 1 Stunde zum Aushärten kühl stellen.
