Die Brötchen würfeln und mit 150 ml lauwarmem Wasser begießen. Pastinaken putzen, waschen, schälen, grob raspeln. Die Zwiebel schälen, in kleine Würfel schneiden. Pastinakenraspel, Zwiebelwürfel in Butterschmalz oder Öl anbraten, dann in eine Schüssel geben und abkühlen lassen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Currypulver würzen. Die Brötchenwürfel zusammen mit den Eiern dazu geben. Die Zutaten vermengen und so viel Semmelbrösel zugeben, dass ein geschmeidiger Teig entsteht. Schnittlauch hinzufügen, den Teig nochmals mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Mit angefeuchteten Händen zu kleinen, flachen Küchlein formen. Die Küchlein auf beiden Seiten in etwa 10 min knusprig braten.
