1 EL geschrotete Leinsamen
75 ml Pflanzenmilch
60 g Kokosöl
½ TL Vanilleextrakt.
150 g Reismehl
80 g Kokosblütenzucker
40 g gemahlene Mandeln
1 EL Rohkakao
1 TL Backpulver
½ TL Natron
1 Pr Salz
30 g vegane Schoko Drops

Kokosöl schmelzen Leinsamen,Vanilleextrakt
Pf-Milch und das Kokosöl vermischen.10 min quellen lassen.
Alle anderen Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben mit der Leinsamen-Kokosmischung vermischen.
Teig 30 min kalt stellen.
Backofen auf 180⁰ vorheizen.
Aus dem Teig 1,5 EL entnehmen und kleine Kugeln formen
Kugeln aufs Backblech setzten und flach drücken
Für ca.20 Minuten backen
