Das Studentenfutter mit den Nachtkerzen im Mixer zerkleinern. Die krümelige Masse mit 1-2 EL Kakaopulver und dem Zimt vermischen, in eine Schüssel geben und mit einem Löffel portionieren. Dabei eine Portion mit etwas Druck zu einer Kugel formen. 1 EL Kakaopulver in eine kleine Schüssel geben. Die fertige Kugel darin wälzen. Schon sind die Energy-Bals fertig. Das Konfekt könnt ihr im Kühlschrank einige Tage aufbewahren, oder auch portionsweise einfrieren. Es ist eine gesunde Nascherei ohne Zucker und auch für Kinder geeignet.
