06.07.2022 Горшенев задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. 07.07.2022 ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину не признал. 07.07.2022 продлён срок задержания на 72 часа.
Суд ходатайство следствия удовлетворил, избрав Горшеневу стражу по 04.09.2022.
