В документации указано, что погрузка мусора и других отходов будет проходить с использованием механизмов, вывозом автомашинами и последующей передачей отходов специальным организациям. Помимо механизированной уборки, будет использоваться и ручной труд, который включает в себя уборку мусора в мешки. Механизированный вывоз одной тонны отходов будет оцениваться в 3 500 рублей, а ручная уборка мусора в мешки — 82 рубля за один кв.м.
Ранее «Центр музыкального искусства и культуры» избавлял от мусора Сызранский парк почти за миллион рублей.
