Ну и по истории вопроса: ✔️в конце 18 века в России массово изучают французский - к войне 1812 года язык знали многие и в переводчиках недостатка не было. ✔️в конце 19 века в России массово изучают немецкий - и две мировые войны с немцами показали что допрашивать пленных было кому. ✔️в конце 20 века все массово учили английский - и в принципе во всех последних войнах вне зависимости от их географии этот язык нужен всем переводчикам. ✔️и вот у нас собираются массово изучать китайский...
