Здесь царит уникальный мягкий микроклимат, в разгар сезона толщина снежного покрова может достигать 5-6 метров (!!!). Расположенное между Байкалом и Хамар-Дабаном ущелье стало излюбленным местом сибирских любителей фрирайда и скитура. Природа здесь создала удивительный контраст, соединив суровость сибирских гор с мягкостью байкальского климата❄️❄️❄️

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
