Grad in Zeiten so wie diesen
– kurz sei hier darauf verwiesen –
kommts trotz breiter Akzeptanz
zu kognitiver Dissonanz.
Die Leute ham zwar Disziplin
in unserm schönen alten Wien,
dennoch gewinnt sie an Prägnanz,
die kognitive Dissonanz.
Bei vielen Instruktionen täglich
schwirrn die Köpf’ ja schon unsäglich.
Müd macht auch manche Redundanz
in diesem Info-Rattenschwanz.

Zum Glück nimmt man’s auch mit Humor.
Nur ein poa schrein laut im Chor:
„Da ist viel zu viel Ignoranz!
Wachts auf! Kapierts net die Brisanz?“

Es san doch alle informiert,
dass si’s privat goa net rentiert
so a Belehrungsfirlefanz
– damit verdienst kan Lorbeerkranz
und gehst a in ka Resonanz.

Natürlich bleibt beim Ernst der Lage
immer noch manch offne Frage.
Von Nickelsdorf bis nach Frastanz
beweisn wir dennoch Konstanz
bleibn brav zu Haus, haltn Distanz
– trotz kognitiver Dissonanz.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
