Но вот до утра зачиталась исследованиями по Ирану в этом вот арабском think tank. Оказалось, саудиты. В моей оптике саудовские или, точнее, работающие на бин Салмана, исследователи и аналитики отсутствовали полностью. Но оказалось очень достойно, рекомендую.

The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
