Его действие распространяется на ряд категорий- это призывники по мобилизации; военнослужащие по призыву (исключение курсанты военных училищ или вузов); иные граждане, не проходящие военную службу, но заключившие не ранее 1 декабря 2024 г. контракт о прохождении военной службы сроком на один год и более для выполнения задач спецоперации. Списание также распространяется на супругов этих граждан.
Данный закон увеличивает льготный период с 30 до 180 дней. Крайний срок обращения за кредитными каникулами - до 31 декабря 2024 г.
Срок вступления в силу новых поправок - 1 декабря 2024 г.
