Евгений Адамов более 8 лет работал заместителем руководителя департамента транспорта и развития дорожно-транспортной инфраструктуры в правительстве Москвы. Ранее занимал должность первого зама руководителя департамента жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и благоустройства Москвы.
Новоиспечённому югорскому чиновнику достались самые сложные и скандальные департаменты. Будем надеяться, что Евгений Адамов справится со своими новыми обязанностями лучше предшественника и поможет региону гармонично развиваться.

Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
