Яркой получилась дискуссия в преддверии Международного фестиваля документального кино и медиапроектов в Центре Истинных Ценностей . В дискуссии приняла участие большая делегация педагогов и студентов Ростовского филиала ВГИК . Обсуждались вопросы - расширения географии и номинаций фестиваля , трансляции официального открытия фестиваля в интернете , более активного участия мастеров и студентов филиала в его программе . В программе фестиваля будет документальный фильм нашего мастера Валерия Тимощенко « Донбасс. Передовая . Казаки» , желаем успеха нашему фильму !

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
