Он также заявил, что США не намерены отправлять войска на Украину, а "европейские миротворцы, которые должны обеспечить гарантии безопасности для Украины", не будут рассматриваться как миссия НАТО и на них не будет распространятся статья 5 договора о НАТО.
Вывод: США дистанцируются от Украины. А заодно и от Европы.
