🎒 В состав помощи входили: сухие корма для щенков, взрослых собак(Крупных и средних и мелких пород) хозяйственные принадлежности и крупы. 🐶 В приюте были рады необходимой помощи. Нам провели небольшую экскурсию, рассказав о содержании более 1700 собак.
🇷🇺 Проект Общественного Альянса #Кошачье_милосердие — направленный на помощь животным — является самым старым из всех в Альянсе.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
