وقال إن "المنظمين اختاروا من بين كل الأجنحة المشاركة في معرض هاليوتيس 30 جناحا كأفضلها، من بينهما جناحان اجنبيان احدهما هو الجناح الروسي. وتم تسليم الجائزة بحضور كاتبة الدولة لدى وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والغابات والموارد المائية السيدة زكية الدريوش ووالي أكادير".
وأضاف تاراسوف "أود أن أشكر من كل قلبي السلطات المغربية، وخاصة السيدة دريوش، على مساعدتها في مشاركة روسيا في المعرض، الذي يكتسب كل عام شهرة ومكانة بين المهنيين".

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
