Напомним, что предварительных выборов состоятся в Гюмри 8, 9 и 10 декабря. Их победитель станет временным исполняющим обязанности мэра города от правящей партии и с большой долей вероятности станет кандидатом в мэры от ГД после внеочередных выборов в Совет старейшин.
