Здесь заявили, что поступила тревожная информация об ухудшении состояния здоровья Рубена Варданяна и пытках в отношении пленных. В связи с ситуацией по поручению омбудсмена Анаит Манасян продолжают предприниматься шаги в рамках имеющихся полномочий, направляются обращения в полномочные организации, имеющие мандат защиты прав человека.
