Mein Durchbruch für meine Zahnpflege ist eine Routine, die bereits einige tausend Jahre alt ist - das Ölziehen:
Im Ayurveda wird Öl für so gut wie alle Körperbereiche genutzt, und so auch für die Zahnpflege. Beim Ölziehen wird auf nüchternen Magen morgens ein Teelöffel Kokosöl, Sesamöl oder Mandelöl in den Mund genommen und 10 Minuten durch die Zähne gezogen, gesaugt, geschlürft und gespült, bis das Öl eine flüssige Konsistenz hat. Dann wird dieses Öl ausgespuckt und die Zähne geputzt.
Diese Routine verhindert Karies, Zahnfleischentzündung sowie Mundgeruch, entgiftet stark und stärkt die Zähne. Ich konnte durch Ölziehen sogar beginnende Karies heilen.

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
