"Как мы знаем, в Латвии убрали памятник Барклаю де Толли. Мы не видим причины, по которой следовало бы убрать его из Тарту. Он часть нашей культуры. И что с того, что во многом это немецко-шотландская культура?.. Нам нравится считать таких героев своими", - заявил Карис в интервью телерадиокомпании ERR.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
