Аферисты нагло пользуются доверием к организации, чтобы выманить деньги или личные данные. В соцсетях продвигают рекламу, что несуществующая «служба отмены денежных переводов ОДКБ» и какая-то «киберполиция» помогут вернуть деньги, «если вас обманул брокер». Чтобы «начать возврат», надо на фейковом сайте odkb-refund.info ввести данные почтового электронного ящика, имя и номер телефона. Потом все по классике: с вами свяжется «менеджер» и т.д. вплоть до обчистки под ноль вашего кошелька мошенниками.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
