Мы с Анной немного знакомы, кое-что делали вместе, она мне весьма симпатична. И Музей той же Москвы при ней будто воспрял, там прошло несколько отличных выставок. Короче, это хорошая новость.

"He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
