Теперь и остальные 25 подозреваемых смогут избежать наказания, потому как подписали контракты и, вероятно, пополнят ряды банды батьки Махно, как охарактеризовал армию Минобороны РФ депутат Госдумы Ренат Сулейманов.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
