28 января в в Большом зале Санкт-Петербургского союза художников открылась выставка «Художники Речи». Более 1000 (!) работ 100 художников, чьи книги вышли и выхолдят в издательстве Речь, которое, на секундочку, отмечает уже 25 лет!

И что немаловажно. Ваш попкорный слуга ВПЕРВЫЕ занял почетное место на выставке с иллюстрациями к книге Анны Анисимовой «Ехали машинки». В аккурат между мэтрами книжной иллюстрации – Александром Аземша и Евгением Мониным. Большая честь, я скромно считаю.

Обязательно сходите на выставку, не пожалеете. Выставка продлится до 9 февраля. Всем чмоке!

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
