Будем надеяться, что предложения комитета будут опубличены. И мы увидим в них в том числе и предложения избирателей (пересылки моих обращений в части ННК здесь и здесь, Завальный пока молчит).
Пока что в разделе "документы и материалы" на официальном сайте их нет.
P.S. А вопрос-то достоин не то что заседания комитета, но и парламентских слушаний. Николаю Григорьевичу было бы очень впору - проявить субъектность...

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
