Рост в январе 2025г к январю 2024г объёма сделок и цены, при резком снижении количества и доли сделок по ипотеке на рынке первичного жилья.

И я не понимаю, что происходит 😉🤔. РОСТ!

Может ну его вообще эту ипотеку? Тем более так сложно её сейчас одобряют и довести до подписания договора с банком. За наличные так все хорошо продаётся.
