Главной темой обсуждения стал вопрос получения комплексных экологических разрешений (КЭР): до конца 2024 года осталось меньше двух месяцев, а КЭР выданы только 1681 объекту негативного воздействия на окружающую среду из более чем 5000, которым предписано получить КЭР до конца текущего года.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
